Sitting Fee
There is a sitting fee of $75 due at the time of the scheduled session. This fee includes a 1-2 hour on location sitting for up to three children (each additional child is $25), image editing and processing, private online proof gallery to share with friends and family for two weeks, and an online or in-person ordering session.

Baby Belle Plan - $300
This plan is designed for babies first year. This plan includes 4 sessions: Newborn, 3 months, 6 months, 9 months and 12 months. A 5x7 of your choice will be included with each session.

Session
Before your session a consultation will be held to discuss the clients' expectations for the shoot. Jaime will review the procedures during the shoot, how to view proofs, and ordering instructions. All this information can also be seen on this website.

Your session is designed specifically for your needs and each session is unique. Currently, Jaime photographs on location at clien ts' homes, neighborhoods or parks. Outdoor sessions are booked early morning and late afternoon (an hour or two before sunset) in order to take advantage of the softest light. For indoor sessions natural ambient (window) light is usually sufficient for one or two children. Sessions typically last an hour to an hour and a half and are never rushed. There is plenty of time for snacks, diaper changes or bathroom breaks, or clothing changes. Children are very unpredictable so we just relax and go with the flow.

What to Wear
Solid matching colors are always a good choice for a classic look. For a bit of whimsy you can go with bright colors and bold patterns. You can have your children wear jeans and a t-shirt, a simple sundress, Khakis and a sweater for a timeless look. Or use accessories like hats, scarves, or costumes (tutu's, capes, etc…) for a bit of personality. I do recommend avoiding stripes and logos or other company branding. I prefer to photograph children barefoot as long as the weather permits. The most important thing is that your children feel comfortable and the clothing is appropriate for the weather.

For babies I like to do some naked shots as well as clothed shots. You can dress your baby in anything from a simple onesie to smocked dresses or bubbles for boys. For the Baby Belle packages I recommend using the same style clothing for each sitting to make the panels look unified.

For siblings and family portraits I recommend coordinating your outfits. Find outfits in similar color palettes and with a similar (in)formality. Feel free to bring a selection of clothing to the sitting. I will look at the choices and select the clothing I think will work best. Gallery Proofs and Ordering

Two weeks after your session your proofs will be available online for you to review. Jaime will contact you with your password to access your proof gallery. In the gallery you will be able to view your proofs in color, black and white and Sepia color tones. This allows you to see your favorite photographs in all three ways for you to decide what you like best. Have fun and play with these settings (you will not alter the photographs by doing this). The gallery will be available for you to view with your friends and family for 2 weeks. Once the gallery has expired you can reactivate your gallery with 7 days notice for a $10 fee.

Once you have selected your photographs and color selection (color, black and white or sepia) you can fill out the online order form or call Jaime to schedule an appointment for an in-person ordering session. Once the order is placed the prints will be available for pick up within 3 to 4 weeks unless otherwise stated.
